How long is each support call?

Each call is up to 2 hours long. We will pack that time with as much info as possible, and focus on the platforms or marketing dilemmas keeping your business stuck the most. How we spend our call will be determined through an in-depth workbook you fill out before we meet, so we both come prepared to maximize those 2 hours.

How often do you recommend booking a support call?

One-off support calls are best for those who aren’t yet ready to invest in full marketing management, but could use some initial support while working towards that goal. They are also ideal if you are approaching an important launch or busy season and need some extra help preparing.

Quarterly support calls are best for those who prefer to manage their own Pinterest, Instagram, or blog marketing but want support with planning content ideas, exploring platforms for the first time, or prepping for upcoming launches. These calls are the ultimate tool for staying on-track, consistent with your own marketing efforts, and motivated.

What topics can we cover during a support call?

Though I specialize in Pinterest marketing and blog copywriting within my management services, my marketing experience is comprehensive. During a support call, I am happy to discuss other platforms and strategies as well, including Instagram, email marketing, branding, and general business advice.

What prep work is needed on my end before a call?

Before we meet, I will provide you with an in-depth workbook for you to fill out, in order to identify what areas of your business are the top priority for our call. The answers you provide in that workbook will help us both prepare, in order to maximize our time. This workbook alone is worth the cost of your support call, as it will help you deepen your understanding of your own brand, your connection to your target audience, and your vision for your business.

Do you ever recommend monthly support calls?
